Our Story

Scotland-based, established in 2012 to explore new models for community-led regeneration.

Beginnings:

 Established in 2012 to support the resident-led coproduction of the first Community Charters in Falkirk and St Ives.

Consensus-Building:

In 2017, enabling 16 “whole” community representations in Scotland’s “Talking Fracking” consultation, the first participatory component of its kind in any European national public consultation.

Reflecting & Evolving:

From 2018, improving and scaling our approach, and influencing planning policy, inspired by indigenous practice, including the first Western adaptation of the Misak’s Plan De Vida.
